FULL TEXT WRITING GUIDELINES
1. Full text titles should be centered, in uppercase, and bold. The researcher's full name should be written below the title, and the researcher's title, institution, city and country, e-mail address, and ORCID number should be given in a footnote.
2. First, an ABSTRACT of 300-500 words should be given and 3-6 keywords should be provided.
3. In-text headings should be numbered, with only the first letter of each word capitalized, and all words in subheadings should be bold and left-aligned.
4. Citations and bibliography should be written according to current APA standards and should not be given in footnotes.
5. The full text should be written in Word program, using 12-point Times New Roman font and 1.5 line spacing.
6. Margins should be set to 2.5 cm on the right, left, top, and bottom.
7. Figures, tables, images, and graphs, if any, should be included in the text, with their numbers and brief descriptions below them.
8. In the bibliography, sources such as books, articles, internet, and digital works should be listed together in alphabetical order, not separately.
9. The content of the full paper should be consistent with the previously accepted abstract.
10. The full paper may be revised and resubmitted based on feedback received during the presentation at the symposium.
11. Papers will be published in the Symposium Proceedings Book.
12. The completed full paper file should be sent to the symposium secretariat email address below with the format authorname-article title.doc before 26 June 2026.

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
1. The content of the abstract should be appropriate to the aims and framework of the symposium.
2. The abstract should be an original work contributing to the field.
3. Abstracts should be prepared in both Turkish and English/Arabic. Foreign authors may choose not to write abstracts in Turkish.
4. The titles of the abstracts should adequately reflect the subject and content of the abstract, and the title should not be too long.
5. The text of the abstracts should adequately reflect the purpose, subject, scope, method, findings, and conclusions of the paper.
6. The text of the abstracts should be between 300 and 500 words.
7. At least 3 and at most 6 keywords should be included.
8. Abstracts will be evaluated by expert referees from the relevant field, and those deemed suitable will be accepted for presentation. Evaluation results will be notified to authors via e-mail.
9. The full paper to be submitted later must be consistent with the abstract.
10. Acceptance and publication of the abstract does not mean that the full paper will also be accepted.
11. Papers must be directly related to the author's area of expertise or an expert author related to the topic should be included.
12. Oral presentations will be given in Turkish, Arabic, or English. The duration of an oral presentation is 15 minutes.
